Good customer service always starts with a human touch. So, it was a breath of fresh air to have Akisha and Shantel to welcome us to the Crowne Plaza. They provided us with customer service that we have never received from any hotel. I love their professionalism and bubbly personalities. They were proactive in reaching out to us on a consistent basis to see how our stay was going. They showed compassion and concern regarding my mother-in-love. Their customer service has earned our business all over again. Thanks again Akisha and Shantel!
Oh by the way, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar, Salt and Marrow, Manuel’s Bread Cafe, The Larder at Hammond’s Ferry, and DiVino Italian Restaurant!
