We just returned from a two night stay at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta where we had 3 rooms. They were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We all slept great both nights of our stay as well. Very comfortable beds! Shantel was at the front desk and was amazing! Her smile is contagious, and she was friendly, energetic, and professional. She called our room to make sure everything was as expected and even asked us how our stay was going the next day when we saw her. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of the river and the downstairs bar and restaurant were lovely too. Parking was conveniently located in the garage across the street. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it! And a special shout out to Shantel for making the experience all the better with her excellent customer service!
