So, we encourage you to enjoy the convenience of the hotel’s onsite catering options. Set Up ⌄

Our Banquet Staff will handle setting up the designated meeting space(s) according to your specified room layout, as discussed and confirmed with your Sales Manager beforehand. We’ve got a standardized diagram for each layout type, and any adjustments are sorted out in advance. Expect a variety of banquet furniture options, including 60″ Round Tables with a sleek white faux marble top, versatile 24″ Cocktail Tables that easily convert to High-top Tables, and both 6′ x 18″ and 6′ x 28″ Rectangular Tables. Our chairs are square in shape, with a black metal frame and gray cushioned seating and backing. All tables can be outfitted with black spandex skirting. Linen napkin options are black or white. You may source your own vendor if tablecloths are needed, but the hotel is happy to help with this upon request!

Service ⌄

Our Banquet Manager ensures smooth sailing by scheduling staff based on your guaranteed guest count and menu selections. We’ve got a nifty text messaging system in place for our Banquet Manager or Supervisor to keep in touch with you, ready to tackle any last-minute changes or provide day-of assistance.

Clean Up ⌄

Unless specified otherwise with our Banquet Manager or Supervisor, rest assured that any leftover items or materials you don’t wish to keep will be promptly taken care of by our Banquet Staff at the end of each day.

Courtesy Rate Agreement ⌄

To avoid being liable for a block of rooms, we suggest a Courtesy Rate agreement where a discounted rate is offered over your event dates as available for your guests to book and pay for as they see fit. Please note – we do not reserve a set number of rooms for your group as we do not guarantee availability without liability. Upon signature of an agreement to the terms, our Sales Team would be pleased to provide you a booking link for upload to your wedding website.

Contract Room Block ⌄

A contract guarantees the number of rooms agreed upon, between you and our Sales Manager, over your needed dates with a 10% cushion on utilization. As an example if you were to contract for 50 rooms for 2 nights, you will be liable for cumulative 90 nights or average 45 rooms per night for 2 nights. The hotel will hold these rooms until the cutoff date (21 days prior). From this point, the hotel will release rooms (if any) to attempt for public sale. Any shortage would be of your personal financial liability and charged to the credit card on file.

Should you choose to move forward with either, contact us via the form below with your chosen option and best reference name for your group for phone bookings, then a Sales Manager will respond with an agreement or contract for your review and signature. The contract will require a credit card on file for attrition or confirmation of billing instructions. Once received, we will be able to produce and distribute a booking link for you to distribute or accept a rooming list when available.
